摘 要:设计了一种测试纤维吸湿性和放湿性的方法。通过选用12种不同的纤维,在标准大气下将调湿平衡的纤维置于高湿环境平衡后计算吸湿率和吸湿速率,在高湿环境平衡后将纤维置于标准大气下放湿后计算放湿速率。结果表明:纤维的吸湿放湿性和纤维公定回潮率有一定关系,但不是绝对关系;不同的纤维有着不同的结构特性,其特性也会对纤维的吸湿放湿性有一定的影响。认为:该测试方法的测试过程操作方便、数据稳定,可以反映出不同纤维的吸湿性和放湿性。A test method of fiber moisture absorption and moisture liberation property was designed.12 different fibers were selected,the hygroscopic rate and hygroscopic speed were calculated after hygroscopic balance fiber was placed in the higher humidity environment under the standard atmosphere.Moisture liberation speed was calculated after the fiber was placed in the standard atmosphere under the higher humidity environment.The results showed that between fiber moisture absorption and moisture liberation there was a certain relationship,but not an absolute relationship.Different fibers have different structural property,which have a certain influence on fiber moisture absorption and moisture liberation property.It is considered that the method is easier to operate and the data is stable,which can reflect different fibers moisture absorption and moisture liberation property.
