摘　　要：探讨智能化梳棉机配套梳理针布的设计思路。介绍了智能化梳棉机的特点,以及针布使用中存在的问题,分析了智能化梳棉机对梳理针布的技术要求,提出了针布结构优化、使用周期、光洁度和防腐蚀等方面的设计思路。认为:针布设计要重点关注耐磨性、免维护性、兼容适纺范围广,同时满足“高速,高产,高效”梳理需要,最终实现智能化梳棉机“高质量,高效率,高产量,免维护,自动化”的使用效果。Design idea of carding clothing matching with intelligent carding machine was discussed.Characteristics of intelligent carding machine and the problems in the use of carding clothing were introduced.Technology requirements of intelligent carding machine on carding clothing were analyzed.Design idea of carding clothing structure optimization,service life,smoothness and anti-corrosion were put forward.It is considered that the design of carding clothing should focus on wear resistance,maintenance-free,compatible with a wide range of spinning,while meeting carding needs of high-speed,high-yield and high-efficiency.Finally,use effect of intelligent carding machine with high-quality,high-efficiency,high-yield,maintenance-free,automatic could be realized.
