摘  要:探讨粗纱捻度和细纱摇架压力对JC 4.8 tex成纱质量的影响。通过对细纱机牵伸装置进行改造,采用四胶圈双区牵伸,对比不同细纱摇架压力下改变粗纱捻度时的质量指标,并结合生产实践,优化纺纱工艺。结果表明:粗纱捻度对成纱条干CV有明显影响,且在一定范围内提高粗纱捻度有利于改善成纱条干均匀度;成纱断裂强度受粗纱捻度和摇架压力的影响不明显,但是较高的粗纱捻度还是能够微量地提高成纱断裂强力;提高粗纱捻度可以减少成纱毛羽。认为:JC 4.8 tex纱较优工艺配置为粗纱捻度5.5捻/10 cm,细纱双锭摇架压力190 N×125 N×150 N。Influence of roving twist and spinning cradle pressure on quality of JC 4.8 tex yarn was discussed.Through modification of spinning frame drafting device,four-apron double-zone drafting was adopted,quality indexes were compared when the roving twist was changed under different spinning cradle pressures,combined with production practice,spinning processing was optimized.The results showed that roving twist had a significant influence on yarn evenness CV,increasing roving twist within a certain range was beneficial to improve yarn evenness.Yarn breaking strength was not significantly affected by roving twist and cradle pressure,but higher roving twist could still slightly increase yarn breaking strength.Increasing roving twist could reduce yarn hairiness.It is considered that better processing configuration of JC 4.8 tex yarn is roving twist 5.5 twists/10 cm,spinning doublespindle cradle pressure 190 N×125 N×150 N.
