摘　　要：总结功能纺织品的开发思路和实践案例。根据多功能复合纺织品的市场前景,提出了研发环保无污染功能纺织品的思路;探讨了采用不同功能原料、纺纱工艺和织物组织制备功能纺织品的技术;发掘普通环锭纺单纱以外的纺纱形式,采用两根或两根以上粗细不同的短纤纱或长丝经特殊并合加捻或抱合成特殊结构股线的方法制备功能纺织品。认为:通过克服原料及设备的瓶颈、创新加捻工艺、改造设备等,可扩展复合纺织品面料的多功能性。Development ideas and practical cases of functional textiles were summarized.According to market prospects of multifunctional composite textiles,idea of developing environmentally friendly and pollution-free functional textiles was proposed.Technologies of preparing functional textiles using different functional raw materials,spinning technology and fabric textures were discussed.Spinning forms were explored besides ordinary ring spinning.Two or more spun yarns or filaments were adopted,they were doubled and twisted,or cohesived to special structure ply,which were used to prepare functional textiles.It is considered that through overcoming bottleneck of raw materials and equipment,innovating twisting technology and modifying equipment,multiple functions of composite fabrics can be expanded.
