摘  要:针对压裂返排液处理的不同目标,为了选择出最具针对性以及效果最好的电化学方法,开展了电絮凝气浮与电氧化处理压裂返排液系列对比试验,对试验结果、产气、阳极消耗情况以及处理机理等进行了分析。研究结果表明:两种方法对COD(Cr)的去除效果都表现出很强的能力,电絮凝法脱色率达92.92%,去浊率达95.93%,TOC去除率达89.52%,阳极消耗达25 g/(m^(2)·h),电氧化阳极消耗为0;电絮凝法在处理返排液时絮凝和氧化同时起作用,电氧化法中间活性物质O 3产量较多,主要以氧化的方式降解有机物;电絮凝与电氧化处理压裂返排液时产生气体都以H_(2)为主,H_(2)S和CO_(2)产量较少,但是絮凝法H_(2)产量较多,而电氧化法H_(2)S和CO_(2)的产量均高于电絮凝法。研究结论可为油田压裂返排液处理提供技术参考。To select the most pertinent and effective electrochemical method according to the different goals of fracturing backflow fluid treatment,a series of comparative tests of electroflocculation air flotation and electrooxidation treatment of fracturing backflow fluid are carried out.The test results,gas production,anode consumption and treatment mechanism are analyzed.The research results show that the two methods have a strong ability to remove COD(Cr).The electroflocculation method has the decolorization rate of 92.92%,the turbidity removal rate of 95.93%,the TOC removal rate of 89.52%,the anode consumption of 25 g/(m^(2)·h),and the consumption of the electro-oxidation anode of 0.The electroflocculation method has the flocculation and oxidation effects in the treatment of the backflow liquid.The electrooxidation method produces more active material O 3,which mainly degrades organic matter by oxidation.The gas produced by the electroflocculation and the electrooxidation treatment during the fracturing backflow fluid is mainly H_(2),and the output of H_(2)S and CO_(2)is little.The flocculation method produces more H_(2).The electrooxidation method produce more H_(2)S and CO_(2).The research can provide technical reference for oilfield fracturing backflow fluid treatment.
