摘 要:[目的]研究吉林芦花鸡与吉林黑鸡杂交F_(1)代生长发育规律,筛选出更优的杂交组合方式。[方法]试验采用吉林芦花鸡(LL)、吉林矮脚芦花鸡(AA)与吉林黑鸡(HH)采用完全双列杂交法构建6个杂交组合,外加3个亲本,共计9个组合,对各杂交组公母0~21周龄体重进行测定,最后运用3种非线性生长模型(Logistic、Gompertz、Bertalanffy)进行拟合分析。[结果]3个亲本及不同杂交组合F_(1)代生长发育规律相似,均表现为周增重随着周龄的增加而增加的趋势,在9周龄周增重最高,此后呈现逐渐降低的趋势。3种生长模型中Bertalanffy模型与Gompertz模型在LL、LA、AL、HL、LH、AH各F_(1)代组合中拟合度R^(2)相同,AA、HA组合母鸡中Bertalanffy拟合度R^(2)更高,HH组Gompertz模型公鸡拟合度高于Bertalanffy模型,Bertalanffy模型母鸡拟合度高于Gompertz模型。[结论]通过对F_(1)代的生长发育拟合分析,筛选杂种优势高的配套系,揭示F_(1)代的生长发育规律,为吉林芦花鸡与吉林黑鸡的杂交选育和开发利用提供了理论依据。[Objective]To study the growth and development laws of hybrid F_(1) generation of Jilin Luhua Chicken(LL for short)and Jilin Black Chicken(HH for short),screen out the optimal cross combination pattern.[Method]In this experiment,6 cross combinations were established by complete double-row hybridization between LL,Jilin Dwarf Luhua chicken(AA for short)and HH.Adding 3 crossing parents,total of 9 combinations were selected to measure the weight gain per week from 0 to 21 week age.Finally,the fitting growth curves were drawn by three nonlinear growth models(Logistic,Gompertz,Bertalanffy).[Result]All 9 populations had similar growth and development laws.The weekly weight gain increased with the week age,and the weekly weight gain reached the maximum value at 9 week age,and then showed the gradually decreasing trend.Bertalanffy model and the Gompertz model had the same fitting R^(2) in LL,LA,AL,HL,LH and AH F_(1) populations.Bertalanffy fitting R^(2) was higher in hens than cocks in AA and HA populations.The cocks of HH population had better Gompertz fitting R^(2) than Bertalanffy model.The hens of HH population had better Bertalanffy fitting R^(2) than Gompertz model.[Conclusion]Through the fitting analysis of the growth and development of the F_(1) generation,the matching lines with high heterosis were screened out,and the growth and development laws of the F_(1) generation were revealed,which provided the theoretical basis for the hybrid selection and development of Jilin Luhua chicken and Jilin black chicken.
