摘 要:为探究不同处理对种子萌发的影响,研究适宜的促进八月瓜种子萌发的方法,以台湾紫红八月瓜种子为研究对象,采用不同浓度的浓H_(2)SO_(4)、GA_(3)、H_(2)O_(2)处理种子,研究各处理对八月瓜种子发芽率的影响。结果表明,10%H_(2)O_(2)对晾干种子萌发的促进作用最显著,萌发率为48.33%;0.5 g/L GA_(3)+98%H_(2)SO_(4)处理对新鲜种子萌发的促进作用最显著,发芽率为70%。In order to explore the effects of different treatments on seed germination and study the appropriate methods to promote seed germination of Holboellia latifolia Wall,taking Holboellia latifolia Wall seeds as research objects,the seeds were treated with different concentrations of H_(2)SO_(4),GA_(3) and H_(2)O_(2),and the effects of different treatments on the germination rate of Holboellia latifolia Wall seeds were studied.The results showed that 10%H_(2)O_(2) had the most significant effect on the germination of Holboellia latifolia Wall seeds,and the germination rate was_(4)8.33%.0.5 g/L GA_(3)+98%H_(2)SO_(4) had the most significant effect on the germination of Holboellia latifolia Wall seeds,and the germination rate was 70%.
