摘　　要：总结了参加国家及安徽省棉花产业技术体系工作的经验、体会和思考,主要有:爱岗敬业、团队稳定和人才培养是保障;深入调研、掌握实情和找准问题是基础;岗站合作、纵横结合核心技术集成创新是关键;技术产品化和技术标准化是抓手;科技培训、基地建设和成果可视化是手段;对接政府和经营主体,聚焦全产业链,服务产业竞争力提升是根本。The author summed up the experience and thinking of participating in the work of agriculture research system of cotton in China and Anhui Province,mainly including:Love and dedication,team stability and talent training is the guarantee;in-depth investigation,mastering the facts and identifying problems are the basis;scientists or experts on the position and comprehensive experimental station cooperation,vertical and horizontal integration of core technology innovation is the key;technology productization and technology standardization are grab hands;science and technology training,base construction and the scientific and technological achievements visualization are the means;docking the government and business entities,focusing on the whole industry chain,and improving the competitiveness of service industry is the fundamental.
