摘　　要：通过问题调查、深入访谈对边疆民族地区农业高校毕业生进行调查,调查发现当前大学生在就业过程中面临着“四难”,即树立理性就业观难、全面提升难、精准帮扶难、发展拓展难;针对“四难”,提出了加强理想信念教育、注重能力培养、提升实践能力等对策建议。Agricultural college graduates in frontier ethnic regions were investigated through questionnaire and in-depth interviews.The investigation found that college students were facing the“four difficulties”in establishing a rational outlook on employment,comprehensive improvement,precise assistance,development and expansion in the process of employment currently.Aiming at the difficulties,we put forward some strategies and suggestions on the belief education,ability training and improvement.
