彝族医药古籍发掘的现状及存在问题分析

摘　　要：鉴于《中华医藏》彝医类编撰工程实施的要求,亟需从整体规划与顶层设计角度对彝族医药古籍进行深入挖掘与整理研究,通过对云贵川三省档案馆、图书馆、民委、民宗局、文化馆、史志办、药检所、卫生局、彝族医药研究所和彝医医院等机构以及彝医全面系统的调查,综合运用文献追溯法、目录研究法、历史研究法、关键人物访谈法、问卷调查法和综合研究法,将田野调查与文献整理相结合,发掘彝族医药古籍222种,分为医经、医理、诊治、本草、病症用药、调护、医史、作祭献药、医算、综合十大类。对所发掘彝族医药古籍从内容特征、载体形制、分布规律、版本形式等方面分析与总结的基础上,提出要向世界完整真实介绍彝医生命时空理论的特色与优势,在彝医原创思维模式“气浊二元论”指导下诊治疾病的技能精粹,需从界定彝医药古籍调查范围、构建彝医药古籍分类体系、凝练彝医药知识体系、开展古籍资源普查、组建专业化的整理人员队伍等方面开展工作。In view of the requirements of the implementation of the Yi medicine project of Zhonghua Yizang,it is urgent to excavate and sort out the ancient medical books of Yi nationality from the perspective of overall planning and top-level design.Through a comprehensive and systematic survey of the archives,libraries,people’s committee,people’s religion bureau,cultural centers,historical records offices,drug control institutes,health bureau,Yi medicine research institute,Yi medicine hospital and other institutions as well as Yi medicine of the three provinces of Yunnan,Guizhou and Sichuan.By using the methods of literature review,catalogue research,historical research,interview with key figures,questionnaire survey and comprehensive research,the field survey and literature collation were combined to explore 222 kinds of ancient medical books of Yi nationality.It can be divided into 10 categories:medical classics,medical theory,diagnosis and treatment,materia medica,disease medication,nursing,medical history,sacrificial medicine,medical calculation and synthesis.The content characteristics and distribution rules of 222 medical ancient books of Yi nationality are analyzed.
