摘　　要：“四时五藏阴阳”是《黄帝内经》医学理论的之一,在认识天地自然以及人体生命活动的基本规律时,强调应将人与天地自然相联系,构成一个统一的有机整体。中医认为脾失健运、痰瘀互结为动脉粥样硬化(AS)发生发展的核心病机,其发病过程为脏腑病变,又具阴阳之别。目前研究发现生物节律紊乱与AS的发生存在密切的关系,生物节律可归于中医“四时”范畴。根据“四时五藏阴阳”理论,以“阴阳”统领“四时”与“五脏”,诠释了生物节律与AS的发生存在密切关系,也为后续开展防治AS的分子机制相关研究拓展思路,为中西医结合防治疾病提供实验依据。‘Four seasons,five zang viscera,yin and yang’is one of the medical theories of Huangdi Neijing.When understanding the basic laws of nature and human life activities,it emphasizes that people should be connected with the natural world to form a unified organic whole.Chinese medicine believes that dysfunction of spleen in transportation,and the phlegm and blood stasis are the core pathogenesis of atherosclerosis(AS).The pathogenesis of the spleen is visceral lesions,and it has a difference between yin and yang.At present,it is found that the biological rhythm disorder is closely related to the occurrence of AS,and the biological rhythm can be attributed to the‘four seasons’of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the‘four seasons,five zang viscera,yin and yang’theory,‘yin and yang’command‘four seasons’and‘five zang viscera’,we believe that the interpretation of the impact of biological rhythm on AS has an intertwined relationship.It also expands the research ideas of the molecular mechanism of the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis,and provides experimental evidence for the prevention and treatment of diseases by integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
