国医大师李士懋用乌梅丸治围绝经期综合征经验

摘　　要：围绝经期综合征常发生于女性绝经前后,是因卵巢及内分泌功能衰减而出现一系列生理及心理变化的疾病。国医大师李士懋教授临床诊治围绝经期综合征患者,认为因其肝肾不足、肝气虚馁而呈现寒热错杂的诸多病症,多为肝阳虚证。文章从中医病因病机、理法方药探析李老用乌梅丸治肝阳虚证围绝经期综合征经验。李老注重平脉辨证,脉弦按之减可示其寒热错杂之病机,再兼有肝阳虚馁的一二症状的围绝经期综合征患者,即可用乌梅丸治疗。Perimenopausal syndrome often occurs before and after menopause in women.It is a series of physical and psychological changes due to the decline of ovarian and endocrine functions.Professor LI Shi-mao,the TCM master,diagnoses and treats patients with perimenopausal syndrome clinically.He believes that due to his liver and kidney deficiency and liver qi deficiency,there are many symptoms of cold and heat,which should be regarded as liver-yang deficiency syndrome.This article analyzes LI Shi-mao’s experience with Wumei Pills in treating perimenopausal syndrome of liver-yang deficiency syndrome based on the etiology,pathogenesis and rationale of traditional Chinese medicine.LI Shi-mao pays attention to the differentiation of Pingmai syndrome differentiation.The reduction of pulse strings can indicate the pathogenesis of cold and heat,and those who have one or two symptoms of liver yang deficiency can be treated with Wumei Pills.
