摘　　要：荨麻疹,中医学称之为“瘾疹”,寒冷性荨麻疹是荨麻疹常见类型,常因受寒或吹冷风而发作,临床治疗较为困难,中医经方治疗具有优势。桂枝汤及其类方在《伤寒论》及《金匮要略》中反复出现达76次之多,可见其临床应用之广泛,被誉为经方第一方。文章从寒冷性荨麻疹的临床病机出发,浅析胡希恕-冯世纶经方医学理论体系运用桂枝汤加味在治疗寒冷性荨麻疹中的应用体会,以求为临床提供借鉴。Urticaria is a common allergic skin disease known as‘addiction rash’in traditional Chinese medicine.Cold urticaria is a common type of urticaria,which occurs due to cold or cold wind and is difficult to treat clinically.Classical prescriptions has advantages in treatment.Guizhi Decoction and its similar prescriptions appear 76 times repeatedly in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber.It can be seen that Guizhi Decoction is widely used in clinic and is known as the first prescription of classical prescriptions.Based on the clinical pathogenesis of cold urticaria,this paper analyzes the application of Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of cold urticaria by HU Xi-shu-FENG Shi-lun,theoretical system of JingFang medicine,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
