摘　　要：胸痛是临床常见症状,贾海忠教授于临床经验中发现颈源性胸痛常被忽视或误诊。文章总结其在诊治颈源性胸痛过程中的辨病辨证要点、诊断治疗思路,分析其经验方颈舒六味汤及遣方用药特点,并运用“纬脉理论”指导针灸取穴,辅以颈部太极操,取得理想疗效。Chest pain is a common clinical symptom,professor JIA Hai-zhong found that cervical-derived chest pain is often neglected or misdiagnosed in clinical experience.During the consultation period,the author summarized the key points of syndrome differentiation and ideas of diagnosis and treatment of the supervisor in the process of diagnosis and treatment for the cervical-derived chest pain,analyzed the experience prescription and the characteristic ways of prescribing drugs of Jingshu Liuwei Decoction and applied the‘Weimai theory’to guide acupuncture and acupoints,with supplementing by the neck Taiji exercises,which have significant clinical effect.
