摘　　要：为了明确针灸的免疫调节机制在中医经络研究中的作用和意义,文章从神经-内分泌-免疫(NEI)网络与经络的关系、针灸的抗炎效应及免疫系统在NEI网络中的地位和作用等方面展开论述,论证针灸的免疫学机制研究在探讨经络实质、攻克生理学未知领域及防治重大疾病等方面可能会带来积极的推动作用。In order to define the role of the immune regulation mechanism of acupuncture research in traditional Chinese medicine meridian research relationship between neuro-endocrine-immunity(NEI)network and meridians,the anti-inflammatory effect of acupuncture and the status and role of the immune system in NEI network were discussed.It is suggested that the study of immunological mechanism of acupuncture may play a positive role in exploring the essence of meridian,conquering the unknown field of physiology and preventing and treating major diseases.
