基于衰弱评估与干预的老年多系统病证防治思考

摘　　要：我国人口老龄化日趋严重,伴随而来的是对老年人健康维护的巨大需求;老年人衰弱的发生率高,老年病常多系统病证共患,衰弱与多系统病证又相互影响。文章从提高老年病人临床获益角度出发,对老年多系统病证以及中、西医老年衰弱评估与干预的研究现状进行了论述,并基于此对老年多系统病证防治提出个人观点,认为需要加强对老年多系统病证的衰弱评估,并根据评估结果进行针对性中西医综合干预。Chinese population aging is increasingly serious,accompanied by a huge demand for health maintenance of the elderly.The incidence of frailty in the elderly is high,senile diseases often have multiple systemic diseases and syndromes.Frailty and multisystem syndrome affect each other.From the perspective of improving the clinical benefits of elderly patients,this paper reviews the status quo of multisystem disease syndrome in the elderly and the assessment and intervention of geriatrics in Chinese and western medicine,then puts forward personal views on the prevention and treatment of multisystem disease syndrome in the elderly,it is necessary to strengthen the assessment of frailty of multisystem diseases and syndromes in the elderly,and to carry out targeted integrated intervention of traditional Chinese and Western medicine according to the assessment results.
