人参治疗脓毒血症的研究进展

摘　　要：脓毒血症是一种复杂的全身性疾病,可导致全身器官多功能障碍。近几年,中医药治疗脓毒血症取得了不错的成效,研究发现中药人参单体成分、含人参的方剂、人参提纯制剂结合常规西医常规治疗均能更有效改善脓毒血症症状,降低病死率,提高临床治疗效果,具有很高的临床参考价值。故将疗效显著的人参有效成分及其复方制剂的相关研究进行阐述,为临床治疗脓毒血症提供依据。Sepsis,as a complex systemic disease that can lead to multiple organ dysfunction.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good results in the treatment of sepsis.It is found that the monomer components of ginseng,prescription containing ginseng,ginseng purification preparation combined with conventional western medicine can more effectively improve the symptoms of sepsis and reduce the mortality of septicemia.Improving the clinical treatment effect has a high clinical reference value.Therefore,the effective components of ginseng and its compound preparation were described in order to provide a basis for clinical treatment of sepsis.
