摘　　要：神经调控疗法是多学科、多技术相结合的一项生物医学工程技术,已经逐渐成为现代医学研究的热点和方向。针灸研究中的经络体系与神经系统功能密不可分,围绕经络实质、循经感传等问题的研究,使得经络与神经系统的关系成为热点之一。传统理论基础上的针灸研究如何实现与神经调控疗法的结合是目前亟需解决的问题。文章以“神经调控”“神经刺激”为关键词,检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(Wanfang)和PubMed数据库,纳入自2009年8月至2019年8月的相关文献,对神经调控相关疗法进行分类、归纳与总结,同时对各自的优缺点也进行了汇总,进一步探讨未来的研究方向与对策,以期实现针灸理论的创新与发展。Neuromodulation therapy is a kind of biomedical engineering technology which is a combination of many disciplines and technologies.It has gradually become the focus and direction of modern medical research.The meridians and collaterals system in acupuncture research is closely related to the function of the nervous system,and the relationship between meridians and nervous system has become one of the hot spots due to the research on the essence of meridians and the sensation of meridian circulation.How to combine acupuncture research based on traditional theory with neuromodulation therapy is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the key words of‘neuromodulation’and‘nerve stimulation’,this paper searches CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and PubMed databases,Relevant literature from August 2009 to August 2019 was included,neural regulation related therapy will be classified and summarized,at the same time,their advantages and disadvantages are also summarized,in order to realize the innovation and development of acupuncture theory,the future research direction and countermeasures are further discussed.
