摘 要:目的:考察甘草酸对姜黄素透皮吸收行为的影响。方法:采用Franz扩散池,以离体大鼠皮肤为渗透屏障,考察不同浓度甘草酸对姜黄素凝胶中药物的单位面积累积渗透量,稳态渗透速率及渗透系数、皮肤滞留量等参数的影响。结果:高浓度甘草酸组可显著促进姜黄素透皮吸收,效果与5%Cremophor EL相近,中、低浓度甘草酸组则无促渗作用,但各浓度甘草酸均可显著提高姜黄素在皮肤内的滞留量。结论:甘草酸可提高难溶性药物姜黄素在皮肤内含量,且在一定浓度时能改善透皮吸收性能。Objective:To study the influence of glycyrrhizin on transdermal property of curcumin.Methods:The transdermal parameters of curcumin gel with different concentration of glycyrrhizin were tested ex vivo and compared by Franz diffusion cell method on rat skin.Results:High concentration glycyrrhizin could enhance the permeation of curcumin just like 5%Cremophor EL did,but glycyrrhizin at lower and medium concentrations couldn’t enhance the permeation.The drug retention in rat skin was improved with the addition of all concentration glycyrrhizin.Conclusion:Glycyrrhizin showed a favorable effect on drug retention in rat skin and could enhance the permeation performance of curcumin at a certain content.
