祛风除湿法对慢性心力衰竭大鼠心功能及肺组织水通道蛋白1的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究祛风除湿法羌葛真武汤对慢性心力衰竭大鼠心功能和肺组织水通道蛋白1(AQP1)的作用。方法:心衰大鼠随机分为6组:空白组、模型组、呋塞米组、芪苈强心胶囊组、羌葛真武汤组、真武汤组。除空白组之外,其余动物腹腔注射阿霉素,建立慢性心力衰竭大鼠模型,观察各组大鼠的一般情况,给药28d之后,超声检测大鼠心功能,免疫组化检测肺部AQP1,Western Blot检测肺组织AQP1的蛋白含量。结果:与模型组比较,治疗后羌葛真武汤组LVEF、LVFS显著升高(P<0.05),羌葛真武汤肺组织AQP1显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:祛风除湿法羌葛真武汤有可能通过调节肺组织AQP1来改善心衰状态以及心功能。Objective:To study the effects of Qiangge Zhenwu Decoction on heart function and lung aquaporin 1(AQP1)in rats with chronic heart failure.Methods:Rats with heart failure were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank group,model group,positive control group 1(furosemide),positive control group 2(Qiqiang Qiangxin Capsules),Zhige Zhenwu Decoction group,and Zhenwu Decoction group.Except the blank group,other animals were injected intraperitoneally with doxorubicin to establish a rat model of chronic heart failure.The general conditions of the rats in each group were observed.After 14 days of administration,the heart function of the rats was detected by ultrasound,and the lungs were detected by immunohistochemistry.AQP1 was detected by the Western Blot was used to detect the protein content of AQP1 in the lung.Results:After administration,compared with the model group,the LVEF and LVFS of Zhige Zhenwu Decoction group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Qiangge Zhenwu Decoction could significantly reduce pulmonary AQP1(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiangge Zhenwu Decoction may improve heart failure and heart function by regulating lung AQP1.
