摘 要:基于计算流体动力学与离散元耦合的方法,结合磨损模型,在不同叶片包角条件下对泵磨损特性进行模拟。结果表明,叶轮中磨损最严重的区域位于叶片的工作面出口处,压水室的磨损较轻;随着叶片包角增大,叶片工作面的磨损减缓,磨损最严重的位置逐渐远离叶片出口,压水室的磨损量下降。Based on the method combining the computational fluid dynamics technique and the discrete element method,and with the abrasion model,the wear characteristics of the mining pump were simulated at different blade wrap angles.The results show that the outlet of the blade working surface is associated with the most severe wear.The wear of the volute is relatively alleviated.As the blade wrap angle increases,the wear of the blade working surface attenuates and the position of severe wear deviates gradually from the blade outlet.Meanwhile,the abrasion value of the volute decreases.
