摘　　要：烧伤创面的治疗是贯穿整个治疗过程的重要一环,影响到患者的生命、肢体功能和外观。当前医疗条件下,烧伤后因为休克而死亡的患者已经很少了,但自体皮源的缺乏、感染、创面愈合后瘢痕增生与挛缩一直是烧伤创面治疗面临的挑战。烧伤创面如何更迅速、更美观地愈合关系到患者未来生活质量,这也是烧伤治疗一直在探究的难题。本文简述烧伤创面治疗的进展、难点以及对未来可能方向的一些认识。The treatment of burn wound is an important link throughout the whole treatment process,which affects the life,limb function and appearance of patients.Under the current medical conditions,there are few patients died of shock after burn,but the lack of autologous skin,infection,scar hyperplasia and contracture after wound healing are always challenges for burn wound treatment.The faster and more beautiful healing of burn wound is related to the quality of life of patients in the future,which is also a problem that has been explored in burn treatment.In this paper,the progress and difficulties of burn wound treatment,as well as some understanding of the possible direction in the future are briefly described.
