齐刺电针经筋结点治疗鹅足滑囊炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨齐刺电针经筋结点治疗鹅足滑囊炎的临床疗效。方法:将2019年1月—2020年6月在军事体育训练中心运动队门诊治疗的36例鹅足滑囊炎运动员患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各18例患者入组。对照组治疗应用针刺和微波,治疗组采用齐刺电针经筋结点和微波治疗。治疗14 d后,采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分、视觉模拟量表、关节主动屈曲度、hs-CRP及IL-1β水平评定两组膝关节功能。结果:治疗后,两组患者Lysholm评分、VAS评分、关节主动屈曲度、血浆hs-CRP及IL-1β含量均较治疗前改良(P<0.05),治疗组改善程度比对照组更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为94.5%(17/18),明显高于对照组总有效率83.3%(15/18),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:齐刺电针经筋结点治疗鹅足滑囊炎疗效优于常规治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of triple electro-needling meridian sinew knots in the treatment of anserina bursitis.Methods:36 athletes with anserina bursitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 18 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and microwave therapy,and the treatment group was treated with microwave therapy and triple electro-needling meridian sinew knots.After 14 days of the treatment,the improvement of knee joint function was assessed by the scores of VAS and JOA,the range of motion(ROM)of the knee joints and the levels of hs-CRP and IL-1β.Results:The Lysholm score,the VAS score,the ROM of the knee joints and the serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-1βwere significantly improved after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvements in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.5%(17/18),which was significantly higher than 83.3%(15/18)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of triple electro-needling meridian sinew knots is better than conventional therapy in the treatment of anserina bursitis.
