降气平喘针法联合电针治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效及对血清EOS、IgE和TNF-α水平影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨降气平喘针法联合电针治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效及对血清EOS、IgE和TNF-α水平影响。方法:随机将本院收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者62例分为对照组(n=31,采用电针疗法治疗)和治疗组(n=31,采用降气平喘针法联合电针疗法治疗),对比治疗后的临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、中医症候积分、肺功能指标及血清EOS、IgE和TNF-α水平。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率较高(P<0.05);治疗组咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间及复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候积分显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低较明显(P<0.05);治疗后两组FEV1、PEF及FEV1/FVC水平明显升高、血清EOS、IgE和TNF-α水平明显降低(P<0.05),并且治疗组改善较多(P<0.05)。结论:采用降气平喘针法联合电针治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘具有较好的治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jiangqi Pingchuan needling therapy combined with electro-acupuncture in the treatment of cough-variant asthma and its influence to serum levels of EOS,IgE and TNF-α.Methods:62 patients with cough-variant asthma were randomly divided into the control group(n=31)and the treatment group(n=31).The control group was treated with electro-acupuncture;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Jiangqi Pingchuan needling therapy.The clinical efficacy,remission time of clinical symptoms,TCM symptom scores and pulmonary function indicators,as well as the serum levels of EOS,IgE and TNF-αwere compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate was significantly higher than in the treatment group that in the control group(P<0.05).The cough remission time and the cough disappearance time was significantly shorter and the recurrence rate was significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptom scores were significantly decreased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);the decreases in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).The levels of FEV1,PEF and FEV1/FVC were significantly increased and the serum levels of EOS,IgE and TNF-αwere significantly decreased after the treatment in both groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiangqi Pingchuan needling therapy combined with electro-acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on cough-variant asthma.
