窑街矿区侏罗纪中变质低黏结煤的煤质特性研究

摘　　要：以窑街矿区侏罗纪中变质烟煤为研究对象,采用基于煤岩配煤原理的炼焦配煤方法,对西部侏罗纪炼焦煤的煤质特征进行了研究。结果表明,窑街炼焦煤因煤岩组分存在差异,黏结指数波动较大,按照中国煤炭分类被归入不黏煤、1/2中黏煤和气煤;与中国典型弱黏煤、1/2中黏煤和侏罗纪气煤相比,窑街炼焦煤灰分、全硫、挥发分产率处于较低水平,胶质层最大厚度与平均水平相当,黏结指数与中国典型弱黏煤和1/2中黏煤平均水平相当;窑街炼焦煤低灰、低硫、中变质程度,但其黏结性不足,必须加入强黏结性的煤来弥补其成焦性能的不足。Aimed at Jurassic mid-metamorphic bituminous coal in Yaojie mining area,the coal quality characteristics of the Western Jurassic coking coal were studied using coking coal blending method based on petrographic blending principle.The results showed that Yaojie coking coal had a certain difference in the coal composition content,and the cohesion index fluctuates greatly.According to the Chinese coal classification,it is classified as non-coking coal,1/2 medium coking coal and gas coal.Compared with Chinese typical weakly caking coal,1/2 medium caking coal and Jurassic gas coal,the ash,total sulfur,and volatile yields of Yaojie coking coal were at a lower level,and the maximum thickness of the colloidal layer is equivalent to the average.The adhesion index is equivalent to the average level of Chiese typical weakly caking coal and 1/2 medium caking coal.Yaojie coking coal had low ash,low sulfur,and the degree of deterioration is medium,but its cohesiveness was insufficient.Strong cohesive coal must be added to improve the coking characteristics,and the coke quality can be significantly improved when used as coking coal.
