摘  要:焦炭的生产、运输及使用过程中会产生大量粒度小于10 mm的焦粉,不能得到有效的利用,导致焦碳资源的浪费。研究中采用配加不同种类粘结剂,对焦粉进行冷压成型处理,制备出满足工业强度要求的型焦,系统研究了粘结剂种类及用量对型焦强度地影响以及粘结剂在型焦中的作用机理。研究表明,与单种粘结剂相比,采用羧甲基纤维素钠与膨润土作为复合粘结剂使用时,型焦强度得到有效地提升。0.8%羧甲基纤维素钠与5%膨润土复合使用时,型焦的湿团落下强度为12.2次/0.5m,干团落下强度为24.4次/m,干团抗压强度为850.3 N/个。A huge amount of coke breeze with its particles size smaller than 10 mm,is generated and accumulated during coke production,transportation and crushing process,which cannot be effectively used,causing wasting of coke resource.Cold briquetting of coke breeze with different kind of binders was investigated in this study to produce formed coke with certain size and strength to satisfy the demands of metallurgical industry.The effects of the type and dosage of the binder on the strength of the formed coke and the mechanism of the binder in the formed coke were systematically studied in this study.The results showed that compared with a single binder,when sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and bentonite were used as a composite binder,the formed coke strength was effectively improved.When 0.8%sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 5%bentonite were used in combination,the drop strength of the green briquette and dried briquette were 12.2 times/0.5 m and 22.0 times/m respectively,and the compressive strength of dried briquette was 850.3 N/briquettes.
