摘　　要：化工企业作为风险较高行业之一,设备在生产过程中容易接触到易燃易爆、有毒、腐蚀性物质。为保证设备能顺利运转,必须定期对设备进行检修。作为化工企业生产活动中必备的一个环节,设备检修工作存在着非常大的危险性和变化性。有数据显示,化工企业发生的较大安全事故中,检修环节占了约一半。文章通过查阅资料,分析了化工企业在检修工作中存在的危险因素,并根据笔者多年的工作经验,提出了将风险控制到最低的策略。希望能为化工企业检修从业者提供有益的借鉴。As one of the high-risk industries,chemical enterprises are prone to contact with flammable,explosive,toxic and corrosive substances in the production process.In order to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment,the equipment must be overhauled regularly.As a necessary link in the production activities of chemical enterprises,equipment maintenance has great danger and variability.Some data show that the maintenance link accounts for about half of the major safety accidents in chemical enterprises.This paper analyzes the risk factors existing in the maintenance work of chemical enterprises by consulting the data,and puts forward the strategy of minimizing the risk according to the author's many years of work experience.It hopes to provide useful reference for maintenance practitioners of chemical enterprises.
