摘　　要：某公司两套50/80尿素装置“在线状态监测和故障诊断系统Systemone”投运5年来,其稳定可靠的数据采集系统与丰富的信号特征提取故障诊断技术,成功地诊断出大型机组的轴系传感器失效、卡件等多起设备故障。在简要介绍Systemone系统的构成和特点基础上,给出了通过该系统分析、诊断和维修解决的几个典型仪表案例。Two sets of"on line state monitoring and fault diagnosis system systemone"of 50/80 urea plant in a company have been put into operation for 5 years.With its stable and reliable data acquisition system and rich signal feature extraction and fault diagnosis technology,many equipment faults such as shaft system sensor failure and card of large-scale unit are successfully diagnosed,which plays an active role in the production of the device.Based on the brief introduction of the Constitution and characteristics of systemone system,several typical instrument cases are given through the analysis,diagnosis and maintenance of the system.
