摘  要:化工企业工艺应用中,连续重整装置反应温降减少的现象,影响到连续重整工艺的效率。以反应温降减少为中心,结合某化工企业实践情况,积极对出现连续重整装置反应温降减少出现的原因进行剖析,发现主要原因是进料期间,硫化物以及氯含量等比例不科学,加上水含量较高导致。综合原因分析与连续重整装置反应温降减少具体现象,及时总结有效地解决措施,在原有工艺流程中对水、硫化物等含量进行调整,还是改善反应温降减少的情况。目的在于提高连续重整装置运行效率,保证反应稳定性。In the process application of chemical enterprises,the reduction of reaction temperature drop in continuous reforming unit affects the efficiency of continuous reforming process.Taking the reduction of reaction temperature drop as the center,combined with the practice of a chemical enterprise,the reasons for the reduction of reaction temperature drop in continuous reforming unit were analyzed.It was found that the main reason was the unscientific proportion of sulfide and chlorine content during the feeding period and the high water content.Comprehensive cause analysis and specific phenomenon of reduction of reaction temperature drop in continuous reforming unit,timely summarize effective solutions,adjust the content of water and sulfide in the original process,or improve the reduction of reaction temperature drop.The purpose is to improve the operation efficiency of continuous reforming unit and ensure the reaction stability.
