摘 要:针对智能手机回收质量的不确定性,考虑政府参与下如何确定废旧手机最低回收质量门槛并进行再制造等决策问题,利用Stackelberg博弈求解模型进行算例仿真分析。研究表明:政府参与有效地解决了智能手机供应链缺乏相关回收再制造政策的问题,有效地提高了废旧手机的回收质量、再制造技术创新水平。此外,智能手机生产商存在再制造临界值,适当地调整再制造质量门槛,可以提高智能手机供应链中的经济效益与环境效益。In view of the uncertainty of the recycling quality of smartphones,this paper considers the decision-making issues such as how to determine the minimum recycling quality threshold of used mobile phones and remanufacture them with the participation of the government.Stackelberg game was used to solve the model,and an example was given for simulation analysis.The research shows that government participation effectively solves the problem of the lack of relevant recycling and remanufacturing policies in the supply chain of smartphones,and improves the recycling quality of used mobile phones and the innovation level of remanufacturing technology.In addition,there is a remanufacturing threshold for smartphone manufacturers.Appropriate adjustment of the remanufacturing quality threshold can improve the economic and environmental benefits of the smartphone supply chain.
