摘 要:以鳞片石墨为原料制备石墨烯,乙酸/氢碘酸为还原剂,通过氧化还原法制备石墨烯,采用SEM对其形貌及显微结构进行表征,结果表明:石墨烯具有清晰的二维片层结构,与鳞片石墨的红外光谱基本相似,结合FTIR图谱及XRD图分析得出鳞片石墨经氧化还原后成功得到较高品质的石墨烯。然后通过后整理方式探究石墨烯远红外性能及石墨烯含量对织物远红外温升的影响,结果表明:其具有良好的远红外性能,当石墨烯含量为1.5%时,织物表面温升达3.8℃。Taking flake graphite as raw material and acetic acid^hydroiodic acid as reducing agent,graphene was prepared by oxygen reduction method.And its morphology and microstructure were characterized by SEM.The results showed that the laboratory-made graphene had a clear two-dimensional sheet structure,which was basically similar to the infrared spectrum of flake graphite.Combined with FTIR and XRD,it was concluded that high quality graphene could be successfully obtained after oxidation-reduction of flake graphite.The fabric after-finishing method was used to explore the influence of graphene far infrared properties and graphene content on the far infrared temperature rise of the fabric.The results showed that it had good far infrared properties.When the graphene content was 1.5%,the surface temperature of the fabric rose up by 3.8℃.
