摘  要:通过调节静电压、湿度、温度等工艺参数,对羽绒进行蓬松化处理,可提高羽绒蓬松度。采用扫描电子显微镜对试样表面进行扫描,结果表明:绒枝与绒小枝间的夹角明显发生了变化,羽绒蓬松度提高;广角X射线衍射仪测试结果表明:羽绒的结晶度发生了变化,静电状态下羽绒的蓬松度明显提高;抗静电测试与热阻测试结果表明:羽绒的静电压半衰期增加,羽绒填充物热阻也增加,保暖性提高。The down fibers can be processed by adjusting processing parameters of down fluffy equipment such as static voltage,humidity and temperature,which can increase the fluffiness of the down.Experimental results of surface of down samples by the scanning electron microscope indicated that the angle between the velvet and velvet twigs changed significantly,and the down fluffiness increased.Analysis of experimental results of wide-angle X-ray diffractometer(X-RD)showed that crystallinity of down changed and the fluffiness of down was obviously improved under the static state.Results of antistatic test and thermal resistance test showed that the half-life time of static voltage increased,the thermal resistance of down filling also increased,and the warmth retention properties improved.
