摘  要:针织柔性力学传感器可与服装材料集成形成智能服装,是智能服装的核心部件,被广泛应用于医疗检测、运动健身等领域,其中传感电路的构建对提高其传感性能有着至关重要的影响。首先根据传感器的工作原理对针织柔性力学传感器进行分类,并以此为依据构建传感电路。其次按照构建的电路形态,将传感器分为二维柔性传感器和三维柔性传感器,主要制备方法有织入法和涂覆法。织入法一般选用纬平针、罗纹等简单组织,结合弹性纱可以提高传感器的应变感应范围。最后对针织柔性传感器与智能服装结合的前景进行了展望。Knitting flexible mechanical sensors can be integrated with clothing materials to form intelligent clothing.As the core component of intelligent clothing,they are widely used in the fields of medical testing,sports and fitness,among which the construction of sensing circuit plays a crucial role in improving its sensing performance.Firstly,the knitting flexible mechanical sensors were classified according to the working principle of the sensors,and the sensor circuit based on this was constructed.Secondly,according to the circuit form constructed,the sensors were divided into two-dimensional flexible sensor and three-dimensional flexible sensor.The main preparation methods were weaving method and coating method.Weaving method generally adopted simple structures such as weft plain needle and rib,and elastic yarn integrated could improve the strain sensing range of the sensor.Finally,the prospect of the combination of knitting flexible sensor and intelligent clothing was put forward.
