土壤栽培和基质栽培模式下嫁接黄瓜根际温度及生长的差异特征

摘  要:试验对日光温室秋冬茬有机基质栽培和土壤栽培模式下嫁接黄瓜的生长进行了比较研究。结果表明:有机基质黄瓜根际平均温度为21.17℃,变异系数为9.27,土壤平均温度为20.87℃,变异系数为10.83;基质栽培与土壤栽培的嫁接黄瓜果实Vc、总糖含量没有显著差异,但硝酸盐含量显著高于土壤栽培,基质栽培的嫁接黄瓜生长势强,采收期提前5 d,产量达到4648 kg/667 m^(2),较土壤栽培模式增加9.41%。因此,在西北地区日光温室越冬生产中,有机基质栽培嫁接黄瓜模式能够提早上市,提高黄瓜产量和效益。To explore the advantages of different cultivation system,the growth and quality of autumn grafted cucumbers in solar greenhouse were compared.The results showed that the average organic substrate temperature was 21.17℃,its variable coefficient was 9.27.And the average soil temperature was 20.87℃,its variable coefficient was 10.83.The Vc and total sugar content of grafted cucumber has no significant differences between soil and substrate cultivation modes.The nitrate content of substrate cultivation was significantly higher than that of the soil cultivation.The growth potential of grafted cucumber in substrate cultivation was stronger,the harvest time of 5 d in advance,and per mu yield of 4648 kg/667 m^(2),was increased by 9.41%.During the winter production of solar greenhouse in northwest China,planting grafted cucumber in organic substrate cultivation system can increase yield and benefit.
