摘　　要：采用调查研究法、文献资料法等研究方法,运用战略管理理论分析了智能可穿戴体育用品产业的战略发展环境,在此基础上明确了智能可穿戴体育用品产业高质量发展的战略目标,确立了以人为本、注重研发、科学管理的战略方针,提出培育龙头企业、发展产业集群、推动研发创新的战略发展路径,并从完善支持智能可穿戴体育用品产业发展的政策、为智能可穿戴体育用品产业发展提供人才支持、完善智能可穿戴体育用品产业发展的法律体系等方面提出具体化的战略保障措施,以期推动新时代智能可穿戴体育用品产业实现高质量发展。This paper adopts investigation research and literature research methods to analyzes the strategic development environment for the smart sports wearable industry based on the strategic management theory.On this basis,the strategic goal for the high-quality development of the smart sports wearable is established.This paper also proposes a strategy that is people-oriented,R&D driven and featured by scientific management,and a strategic development path for cultivating leading enterprises,developing industrial clusters,and promoting R&D innovation.It also proposes specific strategic supporting measures,including providing policy support for the industry and for cultivating professionals,and improving the legal system for the industry,with a view to achieving high-quality development of the smart sports wearable industry.
