摘　　要：大型基础设施建设项目往往采用BIM进行设计,在投标报价时,工程量清单可以从BIM模型中导出,随着项目规模和复杂程度增大,其设备数据常常多达数千条甚至上万条,采用人工报价模式无法适应大批量数据的处理,因此迫切需要借助相关工具实现自动化查找,提高准确率。文章以某污水处理项目为例,从项目BIM模型中导出的数据量大、报价难、编号复杂等问题出发,针对业主没有提供工程量表只有报价表的情况,详细论述了通过Excel中的Left、Mid、Find截取字段对报价表中的细项进行编号,借助数据透视表对BIM模型中的设备分类,便于厂商报价,并用Sumproduct匹配等方式制作工程量表,编制对应BIM工程量表的报价表。Excel工具的使用替代了传统的人工输入和逐项查找方式,提高了报价表编制的正确率和效率,节省了时间和精力。Large-scale infrastructure projects often use BIM model to undertake its design,in the tender offer,the bill of quantities can be derived directly from the BIM model.However,as the project scale and complexity increase,its equipment data could be up to thousands or even tens of thousands of articles,using manual filling could not adapt to the processing of such large quantities of data.So it"s urgent to adopt relevant tools to realize automatic search,thus improve the accuracy.This thesis takes the example of a sewage treatment project,aiming to solve the biding price schedule formulation problems in terms of large quantity data,difficult numeration and time-costly quotation exported directly from BIM,under the situation when the owners did not provide a bill of quantity but only a general quotation sheet.The thesis discusses in detail how to use the Excel tools such as Left,Mid,Find and other functions to intercept and numerate items in the quotation sheet,with the help of a Pivot table of BIM model classification,to facilitate vendor quotation,using Sumproduct matching methods such as making bill of quantities,prepare a list of the corresponding quotation sheet etc.The use of Excel tool replaces the traditional manual input and item-by-item search method,improves the accuracy and efficiency of the compilation of quotation sheet,and saves time and costs.
