摘　　要：光模块的高集成度、小型化、低功耗是产品发展的趋势,其中将DRIVER和TIA集成在一起已经是一些主流光器件厂家的推进方向。目前已经有多个厂家给出了相应的方案,但由于DRIVER和TIA的特殊性,组装应用上的问题随之而生。通过对当前主流厂家的一款DRIVER和TIA集成的光器件进行组装应用方面的研究,发现其应用中的问题,并提出了一些对应的改进方向,以供学习和探讨。High integration,miniaturization and low power consumption of optical modules are the trend of product development.The integration of DRIVER and TIA has been the promotion direction of some mainstream optical device manufacturers.At present,several manufacturers have given corresponding solutions,but due to the particularity of DRIVER and TIA,problems in assembly and application arise.Through the research on the assembly and application of a DRIVER and TIA integrated optical device from the current mainstream manufacturers,the problems in its application are found,and some corresponding improvement directions are put forward for learning and discussion.
