摘 要:为防止酸化压裂时土酸对金属设备及井下油套管的腐蚀,以苯甲胺、甲酸和甲醛为主要原料,合成一种叔胺盐母体缓蚀剂。通过正交试验将母体缓蚀剂与炔醇、表面活性剂和不同的增效剂进行复配,优化筛选出适于土酸介质中酸化缓蚀剂的最佳配方,并采用静态失重法对其缓蚀性能进行评价。评价结果表明:加入增效剂可以使合成的母体缓蚀剂缓蚀效果进一步提高。在土酸环境中,90℃条件下,1.5%的增效剂CC-2与3%丙炔醇、4%表面活性剂、1.0%的母体缓蚀剂进行复配,所测得的腐蚀速率为1.02 g/(m2·h),其缓蚀效果能达到石油天然气行业标准的要求。In order to prevent the corrosion of mud acid to metal equipment and downhole oil and casing during acid fracturing,a kind of tertiary amine salt parent corrosion inhibitor is synthesized with benzylamine,formic acid and formaldehyde as main raw materials.Through orthogonal test,the parent corrosion inhibitor is compounded with propargyl alcohol,surfactant and different synergist materials,and the optimum formula for acidification corrosion inhibitor in mud acid medium is optimized.The static weight loss method is used to evaluate its corrosion inhibition performance.The results show that the corrosion inhibition effect of the synthesized parent inhibitor can be further improved by adding synergist.The corrosion rate is 1.02 g/(m2·h)when synergist CC-2(1.5%)is compounded with propargyl alcohol(3%),surfactant(4%)and parent corrosion inhibitor(1.0%)in mud acid environment at 90℃.The corrosion inhibition effect can meet the requirements of oil and gas industry standards.
