摘  要:以某航空煤油罐区为研究对象,基于PHAST软件模拟航空煤油泄漏之后发生的燃烧、爆炸过程,研究了池火灾热辐射影响范围、蒸气云爆炸冲击波的影响距离。研究结果表明:1^(#)储罐发生池火灾事故时,对2^(#)储罐造成强烈的热辐射作用,有可能导致其坍塌失效,对3^(#)储罐没有损坏的危险。考虑大风天气的影响,在事故点下风向155 m,侧风向144 m范围内人员应尽快撤离现场。此外,爆炸超压随下风向距离的增加逐渐减小。Taking a certain aviation kerosene tank farm as the research object,based on PHAST software to simulate the combustion and explosion process after aviation kerosene leakage,the influence range of pool fire heat radiation and the influence distance of steam cloud explosion shock wave are studied.The research results show that when a pool fire accident occurs in the 1^(#)storage tank,it will cause strong heat radiation to the 2^(#)storage tank,which may cause its collapse and failure,and there is no danger of damage to the 3^(#)storage tank.Taking into account the impact of windy weather,people within the range of 155 m downwind from the accident site and 144 m crosswind should evacuate the scene as soon as possible.In addition,the explosion overpressure gradually decreases with the increase of the downwind distance.
