摘 要:在运动训练的过程中,教练员们经常通过运动员的心率来监测运动强度和恢复情况。随着科技的发展,心率监测技术已经应用到很多运动项目的训练当中,但在女子击剑项目中的应用较少。女子重剑是我国和江苏省的优势项目。选用Firstbeat心率变异性分析系统,采用文献资料法、数理统计法、实验法等研究方法,对江苏女子重剑队备战第13届全运会部分训练课的心率进行分析研究。通过对技术课、实战比赛、睡眠测试和5 min快速测试的相关心率数据进行分析,得出结论:技术课和实战比赛中的心率接近,遵循了一切从实战出发的训练原则;睡眠监测和5 min快速恢复测试表明,在训练课开始前心率降到了正常区间内,机体得到了充足的恢复。In the process of sports training,coaches often monitor the intensity and recovery of athletes through the heart rate of athletes.Heart rate monitoring technology has been applied to the training of various sports with the development of science and technology,but in the women’s fencing project,the application is less.The women’s epee is China’s advantage project,and it is the advantage project of Jiangsu Province.This paper selects the First beat heart rate variability analysis system,and uses the litera-ture data method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method to analyze the heart rate of the Jiangsu women’s epee team in preparation for some training sessions of the 13th National Games.Through the analysis of the related heart rate data of technical class,actual combat test,sleep test and 5 minute quick test,it is concluded that the intensity of heart rate exercise in tech-nical class and actual combat is close,following all training principles based on actual combat;sleep monitoring and the 5-minute quick recovery test showed that the heart rate dropped to the normal range before the start of the training session and the body was adequately restored.
