中药扶正解毒法联合α-干扰素治疗宫颈HR-HPV感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染患者采用中药扶正解毒法及α-干扰素干预效果。方法:选择2018年4月-2020年4月在本院实施宫颈HR-HPV感染治疗的100例患者为研究样本。采取随机数字排列表法将其分成常规组(50例)及试验组(50例),予以常规组患者α-干扰素治疗,予以试验组患者α-干扰素及扶正解毒汤治疗。对比干预前后每组患者中医症状积分、病毒载量及白细胞介素-6水平。结果:干预后在中医症状积分方面,试验组低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后在病毒载量方面,试验组低于常规组(P<0.05)。干预后在白细胞介素-6水平方面,试验组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈HR-HPV感染患者采用中药扶正解毒法及α-干扰素治疗,可改善临床表现,降低机体病毒水平,改善炎症情况,发挥一定临床干预效果。Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction and α-interferon on high risk cervical human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection.Method:A total of 100 patients with HR-HPV infection in our hospital were selected for the study.The study period was from April 2018 to April 2020.The patients were divided into the routine group (50 cases) and the experimental group (50 cases) by random number permutation table method.The patients in the routine group were treated withα-interferon,the patients in the experimental group were treated with α-interferon and Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction.TCM symptom scores,viral load,and IL-6 were compared before and after intervention.Result:After intervention,the score of TCM symptoms in the experimental group was lower than that in the routine group (P<0.05).After intervention,the viral load in the experimental group was lower than that in the routine group (P<0.05).After intervention,the level of IL-6 in the experimental group was lower than that in the routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of HR-HPV infection in cervix by α-interferon and Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction can improve the clinical manifestation,reduce the virus level,improve the inflammation and play a role in clinical intervention.
