摘　　要：刘松山教授致力于中医药防治血液疾病的研究,对慢性免疫性血小板减少症有丰富临床经验,其治疗采用急治标,缓治本,标本兼顾的思想,认为慢性ITP当从标本两方面入手治疗,治本以热、瘀、虚、湿为辨治要点,治标须在治本的基础上,进行各证型加减化裁,以控制出血风险为要点,自拟经验方治疗本病,形成了较好的治疗特色,可为慢性ITP的中医诊疗提供新的思路,附典型医案以用佐证。Professor LIU Songshan is committed to the research of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of blood diseases. He has rich clinical experience in the treatment of chronic immune thrombocytopenia. He thinks that the treatment of chronic ITP should start from two aspects of the specimen, with heat, blood stasis, deficiency and dampness as the main points of syndrome differentiation and treatment. To control the risk of bleeding as the key point, self-made empirical formula for the treatment of this disease, has formed a good treatment characteristics, can provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic ITP with typical medical records to support.
