摘　　要：目的:优选蓬莪术挥发油滴丸的制备工艺。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取醋莪术中的挥发油。以成品的丸重差异系数、外观评分、溶散时限和吉马酮、呋喃二烯含量的总评"归一值"为评价指标,在单因素试验基础上,采用四因素五水平星点试验考察滴距、基质与挥发油质量比、药液温度和冷凝液上部温度对莪术滴丸制备工艺的影响,对试验数据进行多元线性、二项式方程和三项式方程拟合,建立回归模型,通过效应面法确定最佳工艺并进行预测分析和验证试验。结果:醋莪术挥发油滴丸的最佳制备工艺为基质PEG 4000,冷凝液为二甲基硅油,滴距为6cm,基质挥发油(4:1),药液温度85℃,冷凝液上部温度15℃。结论:星点设计-效应面法适用于醋莪术挥发油滴丸的制备工艺优化,建立的数学模型具有良好的预测性,为醋莪术挥发油新制剂的开发提供科学依据。Objective: To optimize preparation process of volatile oil from vinegar Curcuma phaeocaulis Val. dropping pills. Methods: The volatile oil in the vinegar was extracted by steam distillation. Taking overall desirability of appearance grade, dissolve time limit andgermacrone and furanodiene content as dependent variable, on the basis of single factor tests, central composite design and response surface methodology was adopted optimize preparation technology with dropping distance, proportion of matrix and volatile oil, liquid temperature and upper temperature of condenser pipe as independent variables. Results: Optimum preparation technology was as follows: PEG 4000,dimethyl silicone oil as condensate, dropping distance of 6 cm, proportion of matrix-volatile oil(4:1),liquid temperature at 85°C and upper temperature of condenser pipe at 15°C. Conclusion: Central composite design andresponse surface methodology is suitable for optimizing preparation process of this preparation with good predictability, this study can provide a reference for development of vinegar Curcuma phaeocaulis Val.preparations.
