三步推拿法结合依托考昔治疗老年膝骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察三步推拿法结合依托考昔对老年膝骨性关节炎的影响。方法:选取我院中医骨伤科2017年12月~2018年12月收治的110例老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各55例,对照组采用常规西药+依托考昔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以三步推拿法治疗,观察患者临床疗效及功能恢复。结果:(1)经治疗,观察组症状评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)治疗后及随访4周时,观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)治疗后,两组患者VAS评分及WOMAC评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组VAS评分及WOMAC评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);(4)经治疗,两组患者sf-36量表中8个维度评分均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组8个维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三步推拿法结合依托考昔能够显著减轻老年膝骨性关节炎临床症状,促进功能恢复,临床疗效显著,值得推广。Objective: To investigate the effect of three-step massage combined with etoposide for senile knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 110 cases of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis in massage department of Shantou Chaonan Minsheng Hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a controlled group with 55 cases in each group. The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine and Etoposide, while the observation group was treated with three-step massage on the basis of the controlled group. Results:(1) After treatment, the symptom score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05);(2) After treatment and 4 weeks of follow-up, the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05);(3) After treatment, the VAS score and WOMAC score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the controlled group(P<0.05);(4) After treatment, the scores of 8 dimensions in SF-36 scale of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of 8 dimensions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The three-step massage combined with Etoposide can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of senile knee osteoarthritis and promote the functional recovery, with significant clinical effect, which is worthy of promotion.
