《伤寒论》中下利“角药”的配伍分析与临床应用

摘　　要：下利是临床中常见的症状,《伤寒论》中治疗下利的方剂众多,疗效显著,其中所用药物蕴含"角药"的配伍形式。"角药"是在中医药基础理论指导下,以辨证论治为前提,具有相互作用的3味中药有机组合、系统配伍而成,如三足鼎立,互为犄角。文章通过对《伤寒论》治疗下利方剂中"角药"的系统梳理,在独立成方、作为方剂主要部分及辅助部分3个方面论述角药的特点与应用,对仲景方剂进行深入探讨,以期对临床治疗下利提供借鉴与探索。Diarrhea is a common clinical symptom. There are many prescriptions for treating diarrhea in Shanghan Lun with remarkable curative effect and containing abundant compatibility form of ‘triangular drugs’. Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation, ‘triangular drugs’ are consisted of three herbs in the way of organic combination and system compatibility like situation of tripartite confrontation and mutual assistance. This article systematically analyzed the ‘triangular drugs’ for diarrhea in Shanghan Lun. We discussed the characteristics and application of the ‘triangular drugs’ from three aspects: independent prescription, the main part of the prescription and the assist part of the prescription. The article made an in-depth discussion on Zhong-jing’s prescriptions in order to provide reference and exploration for clinical treatment of diarrhea.
