虫证与阴阳毒相关性浅析

摘　　要：阴阳毒出自《金匮要略·百合狐惑阴阳毒病脉证治第三》,经过历代医家的研究,其涵义已基本完善。现代多数医家认为阴阳毒与现代风湿免疫病系统性红斑狼疮证候相似,且病因病机复杂,先天与后天错杂,内因与外因交错,而热、毒、瘀、虚等是导致阴阳毒的主要病因病机。目前,临床上罕有虫证与阴阳毒相关性研究报道。文章根据《金匮要略·百合狐惑阴阳毒病脉证治第三》相关条文释义,同时旁证其他古籍,从虫证视角分析研究阴阳毒,采用方证结合,以方测证等方法来阐释虫证与阴阳毒的内在联系,为虫证与阴阳毒相关性研究提供理论参考。Yin-yang toxin from the Synopsis of Golden Chamber·Baihe Huhuo Yinyangdu Bingmaizhengzhi Disan.After the research of medical experts in the past dynasties,its meaning has been basically perfect.Most modern doctors believe that yin-yang toxin and modern rheumatic immune disease systemic lupus erythematosus syndrome are similar.Their etiology and pathogenesis are complex and congenital postnatal jumble;intermingled internal and cause.Heat,toxin and stasis blood and deficiency are the main etiology and pathogenesis of yin-yang toxin.At present,there are rare clinical reports on the correlation between insect syndrome and yin-yang toxicity.In this paper,according to the interpretation of relevant provisions from the Synopsis of Golden Chamber·Baihe Huhuo Yinyangdu Bingmaizhengzhi Disan,at the same time circumstantial evidence of other ancient books,analysis and study of yin-yang toxin from the perspective of insect syndrome,the internal relationship between insect syndrome and yin yang toxin was explained by means of combination of prescription and syndrome,with the proof according to recipes and other methods to provides theoretical reference for the correlation research between insect syndrome and yin-yang toxin.
