论《脾胃论》升降理论在心系疾病中的应用

摘　　要：升降理论是中医学阐释人体健康和疾病的重要学说,《脾胃论》中升降理论内涵丰富,对后世影响深远。文章结合《脾胃论》原文,阐释升降之枢的含义和心脾关系,从“脾胃为升降之枢”的角度探讨升降理论在高血压病、高脂血症、冠心病、心功能不全中的应用。Ascending and descending theory is an important theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to explain human health and diseases,which has rich connotation and far-reaching influence on later generations.Combined with the original text in Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach,this paper explains the meaning of ascending and descending pivot,the relationship between heart and spleen,and discusses the application of ascending and descending theory in hypertension,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease and heart failure from‘spleen and stomach being pivot of ascending and descending'.
