摘　　要：岭南针灸名家张家维教授,从医逾五十载,其成医之路集家传、师承、科班于-一体,师古不泥,传承创新,桃李满门,形成岭南张氏针灸流派。张老临症多治神以调经气,以脾胃为本,调五脏精血以养脑髓,从皮部论,治外以养内,形成了“本神论”“经气论”“髓海论”“脾胃论”“皮部论”等特色学术理论。治疗上,张老擅长治疗小儿脑病、男性不育、斑秃、各种急慢性皮肤病,总结出“电梅花针”“飞针法”“挑针法”“火灸法”“穴位埋线”等多种特色针法针术。Professor ZHANG Jia-wei, a famous acupuncture expert in Lingnan, has been a doctor for more than 50 years. His path of becoming a doctor is a combination of family transmission, teacher inheritance and training. He learns from the past without mud, inherits and innovates, and is full of peaches and plums, forming Lingnan ZHANGs’ acupuncture school. He often treats spirit to regulate menstruation and qi, taking spleen and stomach as the basis, regulating essence and blood of the five internal organs to nourish brain marrow, and from skin theory to external treatment to nourish the internal, forming characteristic academic theories such as ’the theory of spirit’, ’the theory of jing qi’, ’the theory of marrow and sea’, ’the theory of spleen and stomach’ and ’the theory of skin’. In terms of treatment, he is good at treating infantile encephalopathy, male infertility, alopecia areata, and various acute and chronic skin diseases, and sums up a variety of characteristic acupuncture methods such as ’electric plum blossom needle’, ’flying needle’, ’picking needle’, ’fire moxibustion’ and ’acupoint catgut embedding’.
