岭南罗氏妇科治崩三方的临床应用

摘　　要：罗氏妇科认为岭南人易受湿、热之邪侵袭,耗气伤阴,伤肾损脾。而崩漏患者以阴道流血多,流血时间长为主症,则导致气阴两虚之征更甚。故其在治疗上始终重视顾护气阴,急性出血阶段罗元恺教授创制二稔汤以补肾健脾、固冲摄血;在出血减缓漏下不止的阶段,用滋阴固气汤以滋阴扶阳、补肾固本;出血停止复旧阶段用补肾调经汤固护冲任、调经复旧,使得塞流、澄源、复旧3个环节相互兼顾,环环相扣,重建肾-天癸-冲任-子宫轴,血止经调。The school of LUOs*gynecology believes that Lingnan people are vulnerable to the evil of dampness and heat,which can lead to spleen and kidney deficiency,qi and yin deficiency.However,vaginal bleeding is the main symptom in patients with leakage and bleeding for a long time,qi and yin deficiency sign is even more.So it's always attaches great importance to the protection of qi and yin,on the treatment of acute stage of hemorrhage,professor LUO Yuan-kai created Erren Decoction which could invigorate spleen and kidney,solid Chong channel and control blood;Under the bleeding slow leak stage,treated with Ziyin Guqi Decoction to nourish yin and kidney thrift;Stop bleeding instauration stage with Bushen Tiaojing Decoction to regulate the menstrual function instauration.Arrest of bleeding,clarification of cause and recovery of health of the three links give consideration to each other,interlocking,reconstruction of the kidney-sex promoter-thoroughfare and conception vessels-uterine axis,so as to stop bleeding and regulate menstruation.
