基于“司外揣内”思维论治溃疡性结肠炎

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种原因不明的慢性直肠和结肠炎性疾病,易反复发作,治愈难度大,被世界卫生组织列为现代难治疾病之一。叶新苗教授基于“司外揣内”思维,运用针刀或枝川疗法松解体表肌硬结,配合温肾暖脾、柔肝行气、化湿止泻的中药治疗本病屡获奇效。文章意在探析叶新苗教授针药结合治疗本病的临床经验,并举例临床验案。Ulcerative colitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the rectum and colon with unknown causes, which is easy to attack repeatedly and difficult to cure. It is listed as one of the modern refractory diseases by the world health organization. Professor YE Xin-miao has achieved glorious effects by using acupotomy or Naosan’s therapy to release the myogelosis detail based on the thinking of ’governing exterior to infer interior’, with the traditional Chinese medicines having the function of warming the kidney and spleen, nourishing liver and promoting qi circulation, resolving dampness and checking diarrhea. This paper analyzes the clinical experience of professor YE Xin-miao in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with acupuncture combined with TCM, and give an effective example.
